Feedback: Any messages, suggestions, or feedback you submit through our feedback widget, along with the page URL and optional sentiment.
Device information: Browser type, operating system, and screen size for improving the experience.

Provide and operate the Masters Madness platform.
Send transactional emails (pick confirmations, pool invitations, deadline reminders, commissioner announcements).
Display pool standings, leaderboards, and member information to pool participants.

Within pools: Your display name, picks (after the lock deadline), and standings are visible to other members of your pool.
Service providers: We use third-party services to operate the platform, including Clerk (authentication), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), and Google Analytics (usage tracking).
Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard practices. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure database hosting (Supabase with row-level security), and authentication best practices (Clerk). However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use cookies and similar technologies for:

Authentication: Session cookies to keep you signed in.
Preferences: Local storage for your active pool selection and UI preferences.
