Masters Madness is a fantasy golf pool platform that allows users to create and join pools, select golfers for professional golf tournaments, and track live scores and standings. The Platform is provided for entertainment purposes only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Masters Madness. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and participating in pools.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Pools and Picks

Commissioner responsibility: Pool commissioners are responsible for managing their pools, including setting rules, entry fees, and payouts. Masters Madness is not responsible for pool administration decisions.
Picks deadline: All picks must be submitted before the published deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted. Once the deadline passes, picks are locked and cannot be changed.
Scoring: Scores are sourced from third-party data providers and are provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for accuracy, we are not responsible for data errors from external sources.
Entry fees and payouts: Any entry fees or payouts are managed directly between pool participants and commissioners. Masters Madness does not collect, hold, or distribute any funds. We are not responsible for payment disputes between pool members.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform.
Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its servers.
Impersonate another person or entity.
Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform.
Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise Platform security.
Harass, abuse, or harm other users.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding of Masters Madness are the property of Masters Madness and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

"Masters Madness" is a trademark of Masters Madness. The Platform is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Augusta National Golf Club, the Masters Tournament, or the PGA Tour.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of golf scores, standings, or any other data presented on the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Masters Madness and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Platform. This includes any losses related to pool entry fees, payouts, or scoring disputes.

10. Gambling Disclaimer

Masters Madness is a fantasy sports entertainment platform. While pools may involve entry fees and payouts organized by commissioners, the Platform itself does not operate as a gambling service, does not accept wagers, and does not facilitate gambling. Users are responsible for ensuring their participation complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding fantasy sports and contests.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
